BEHAVIORAL AUDITING
We work together to audit any behaviors you'd like to change by examining the given set of contexts and situations. In doing so, we're able to identify target situations and potential behavior issues that are holding you back from achieving your personal, financial, or health related goals.

SITUATIONAL ANALYSES
We work together to analyze any existing opportunities, resources, challenges and barriers towards your goals and aspirations.

BEHAVIORAL MATCHING
The most important role I have as a habit coach is helping identify which habits should be formed to reach your desired result. This is what we call Behavior Matching. We work closely together to pick a behavior(s) that:

PROGRESS TRACKING AND HABIT ITERATION
To ensure that what we are doing is working, we track your progress along the way. If the habits in place are sustainable and are leading us to your desired result, we continue to implement them. If said habit or behavior isn't working and is not sustainable, we adjust accordingly.
